Coastal Hemp Co. offers FedEx and US Mail shipping service. Depending on which carrier you choose at checkout orders normally arrive within 2 – 7 days. If you have additional shipping questions, please call us at 888-433-4223.

When tracking your shipment, please allow for 1 to 2 days for the tracking to update in the FedEx or USPS shipping system.

What shipping methods do you offer?

  • Same Day Shipping
    Most orders placed before 1:00 pm ET will be shipped on the same business day. Most orders placed after 1:00 pm ET and on weekends and Holidays will be Shipped on the Next Business Day. If there is a delay longer than 3 Business days or if we are unable to ship an expedited order, we will do our best to contact you by email or phone.
  • Weekends and Holidays
    See Above. Orders placed on weekends and Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Optional Shipping Insurance
    We offer shipping Insurance for our customers convenience. Simply Insurance protects against lost, stolen or damaged shipments that wouldn't typically be covered by the merchant or shipping carrier. Claims process is easy and fees start at $2 per order. Totally Optional.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
** Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a minimum $10 shipping upcharge for all shipping**
Shipments placed to outside the 48 states may incure additional shipping charges depending on the size and weight of the items ordered. Please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.

Our goal is to deliver the product to you as quickly as possible while maintaining fair shipping costs to our customers! Shipping charges are estimated based on weight and distance. We will determine the fastest method of delivery to you, either USPS Priority mail or FedEx.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

If you’ve placed an order and would like to modify the items or shipping address, please call our Customer Care team at 866-425-3209.

If the order has not shipped, we may be able to modify the order. If the order has shipped, you will need to follow our return/exchange process.
