It's not that I had any issue with the lemon kushlato vape cartridge, but I did notice a few things that kept me from giving it a 5. For a live resin vape, there was not one iota of hemp flavor when I took a hit. It had a very "lemon pledge" taste that was sweet at first then became bitter. I did enjoy the euphoric feeling it brought on, however it didn't last as long as a marijuana kush vape. I also didn't care for the greasy feel I had In my mouth after smoking.The one thing I did like is that it smelled like lemon air freshener instead of weed. Overall a good product, just not quite as good as the real thing.

Highly recommend!!! From the product to the service, they are Top Notch!! I had paid extra for fast shipping when purchasing an online order but had an issue with USPS not “being given the package”. I was told by usps to contact the store so I did. Mr. Jon answered and as soon as I told him the issue he 1st was understanding and then go to work to figure out what happened. The mistake/issue was not made on the stores part, yet, once figured out he worked with me and personally delivered my missing item. Very grateful and appreciative of his kindness and just the overall experience with this store and their employees!!! Will be shopping again.

I gotta give them 5 stars. I have ordered from them a bunch over the past few months and they have been absolutely great to me. Sure there has been a shipping issue before and other minor issues especially with how many orders i have placed and with how often i order but they have been great. Customer service has been great everytime i have called with a problem or even just calling to see how much of something they had left so i knew how much i could order because with the particular product i order they don't carry a big stock and with that, the availability in their system isn't always spot on. I know they are a dispensary and I'm not even buying those kind of products from them But with everything, they have been awesome. I expect a few small hiccups here and there with any company so I'm not gonna knock their rating just for that but i do recommend them and they have been great
My experience with them has been phenomenal. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service is top notch. I'd give it more that 5 stars if they'd let me. There are a lot of vape shops but this is the best one. Hands down!
