Wondering how and when your order will arrive? You're in the right place. Below are the most common shipping questions we get from our customers. If you need more info, feel free to reach out — we're always happy to help.
🕒 How long does it take to ship my order?
Most orders ship out within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
🌎 Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all U.S. states where hemp products are legally allowed. Some items may have restrictions based on local laws — if that’s the case, we’ll reach out to you directly before shipping.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
🚚 What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship through USPS and UPS, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
📦 How long does delivery take?

Keep in mind, shipping times may vary a bit depending on your location and any carrier delays (especially around holidays).
🤫 Is your packaging discreet?
Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging — no logos, no product names, nothing that gives it away. Your privacy matters to us.
🔍 Will I get tracking information?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery from our door to yours.
✅ Do I need to verify my age?
Yes. We follow all applicable laws, so age or ID verification may be required on certain orders. If needed, we’ll reach out to confirm before your package ships.
🔁 Can I update my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update your address. Just contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct info.
📬 Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?
Yes! We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Just note that delivery may take a bit longer in those cases.
