I take s very small sip about 4 pm to help me gets a good meal, and then the same small amount SmithRx 9 pm. PLEASE follow the recommended dosage, as 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon is more than enough. It does take nearly 2 hours to kick in, so wait before taking more. Taking too much is not pleasant!!! I love this syrup and thrilled that I can find it locally.
